The Gurdawara Visit Sikh Temple

See below photographs of the majorettes on their visit to the Sikh Temple (The Gurdwara), a big thank you to Anarikas mum and dad for arranging the visit.

When entering the Gurdwara shoes must be removed and hair covered, afterwards we all went downstairs for refreshments in the Langar hall.

Young Lifesaver Award

What a great opportunity for the girls, "its never too early to start learning First Aid" said St Johns Ambulance - the girls attended a First Aid (Young Life Savers Award) at the St John Ambulance in Swindon, they learnt lots of skills including Bleeding, Shock, Poisoning, Burns, Choking, Asthma, DRABC, Fractures and CPR. Not only did they learn vital skills they had fun joining in with the role play. We would like to thank the trainers for their support throughout the day.
